Mr. Grossman is a highly skilled real estate attorney with over 25 years of experience, specializing in zoning, land use permitting, and real estate transactions. He has successfully represented developers, commercial enterprises, renewable energy companies, wireless communications carriers, and financial services clients in matters ranging from land use and development, litigation, leasing, and transactions to landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate related issues.

With a strong background in complex real estate transactions, Mr. Grossman expertly navigates financing, leasing, property sales, acquisitions, and environmental matters. He has a proven track record of resolving complex zoning and land use appeals and providing creative and practical solutions to challenging legal issues. Mr. Grossman is a highly trusted advisor to both in-house counsel and corporate executives.

Mr. Grossman’s extensive expertise in zoning and land use has enabled him to successfully represent clients before permit-granting authorities in more than 170 municipalities across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

Mr. Grossman was named to Best Lawyers in America in 2023 and 2024.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors and 2024 Chair-Elect of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the New England Wireless Association and on the Board of Trustees of The Parmenter Foundation.

Mr. Grossman holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated cum laude from Bryant College (now Bryant University).
